And of course, it is ideal for when you are working late, putting in the extra hours at the weekend, or simply need a fix in a hurry. 

Q. How does it work?
A. The Self-Help area helps you identify the problem with your photocopier and leads you through a simple step-by-step process to fixing it.

Q. What if I can't fix it?
A. Usually, photocopier problems are caused by something simple, but if you can't fix it yourself, our engineers can still be called out in the usual way.
