A. Self-Help is an online service that helps you to fix most photocopier problems. Often these can be remedied without the need to call out an engineer, saving valuable time. And of course, it is ideal for when you are working late, putting in the extra hours at the weekend, or simply need a fix in a hurry. 

Q. How does it work?
A. The Self-Help area helps you identify the problem with your photocopier and leads you through a simple step-by-step process to fixing it.

Q. What if I can't fix it?
A. Usually, photocopier problems are caused by something simple, but if you can't fix it yourself, our engineers can still be called out in the usual way.
