MP C6000SP/MP C7500SP – High-speed, colour multifunctional systems for cost efficient document production

Gestetner today announced the introduction of the MP C6000SP/MP C7500SP colour-capable multifunctional systems. In line with Gestetner’s ‘Black to Colour’ strategy, the system offers high-speed, high-quality colour document (re)production. In addition to printing, scanning, copying and optional faxing, these devices offer added value functionalities such as efficient distribution. Their extensive document management capabilities optimise the office workflow. Affordability, user friendliness and extended security features are additional strengths.

The MP C6000SP/MP C7500SP are competent multitasking units with impressive print, scan, copy and optional fax capabilities. Office users with multiple printing requirements will appreciate their versatility and ease of use. They offer colour only when needed and handle complex assignments with little more than a panel touch. They are suited for in-house production of professional colour output, such as stationery and presentations, offering businesses considerable cost saving possibilities.

As high-end colour machines, the MP C6000SP/MP C7500SP are compact and cleverly designed. They can be placed against a wall, thus economising on space. The Wide VGA colour touch screen is clear and intuitive for all print, scan and copy tasks. Frequent copy and print jobs can be stored in the MP C6000SP/MP C7500SP’s document server, minimising the time and space required to store, handle and file original hard-copy documents.

The high-volume paper capacity enhances productivity, offering up to 7,400 sheets and print/copy speeds of 60/75 ppm in black and white and 55/70 ppm in colour. The units can handle a wide variety of A6 to A3+ media weighing up to 300 g/m². Finishing options are extensive, including stapling and booklet finishing.

The MP C6000SP/MP C7500SP’s scanner function offers various network distribution capabilities such as ‘scan to folder’ and ‘scan to e-mail’ (via LDAP). Security tools such as full incoming and outgoing data encryption are standard and extensive options are available.
