Printing and copying speeds of 16 pages per minute at 600dpi quality, as well as a first copy speed of 12 seconds, allows jobs to be completed quickly. In addition, a fax transmission time of three seconds saves costs by reducing call charges, and colour scanning is fast at a speed of eight seconds per page. Gestetner’s DSm516pf is easy to use. A straightforward control panel allows simple access to the various functions. The 30-page Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) facilitates copies of multi-page documents. The paper level indicator warns when the 250-sheet paper tray requires refills, whilst the all-in-one cartridge enables quick and clean replacement. With Speed-, Quick- and Group Dial functions, users can store and access frequently used fax numbers, whilst Remote Control Panel software allows phone book and device settings to be managed from the desktop. Easy to install, the standard USB 1.1 (Universal Serial Bus) interface ensures easy ‘plug and play’ connectivity.
