- Online management & fleet data reporting

- Online 24/7 self-service facility
As a value added option, the capability to manage all assets through real-time, online Management Data reports, is available to all customer administrators. Providing an enhanced business relationship is key to our customer management philosophy and through the use of technology, NRG is proud to offer this new level of customer service.
For access to management data, accounts must have 25 units or over.
This offers:
Summary report: provides an synopsis of the current products in the field with related service, volume and financial information.
Product detail report: provides a detailed page of information per product
Detailed exportable report: provides the complete set of information available from the eService portal. The report can be exported into the following formats where the customer can use the data as they wish: Excel, PDF or Rich Text.
Product list report: provides a list of all the products in the customers fleet.
